My actual transformation started on 2006 Dec. The last photo was shot this year 2008 December on my Birthday. So its about 2 year of transformation. This shows that anyone can take their bodyshape to any form they desire at the speed they want.

when all my friends and relatives see me lately, they were shocked with my current transformation!!

Notice that when the Bodyfat is at 14%, I still look "flabby". When i reduce the body fat further, you see that the muscle defination is clearer. Even my double chin is gone and don't my face look smaller?? See the below photos in April and December. Also look at the tricep at body fat 14% and 8% and also my side oblique below. 

Actually I am in a cutting phase, till Mid Jan 09,  to see my side oblique and 6 packs. However weighing at 55kg the lower abs does not really stand out. This is also due to lacking in training the abs during my normal training day.

Honestly, I am quite amaze to see my own changes and further proven that those methods, styles of training and diet plan i used to arrived on various body shapes are valid and correct. The diet plan i use,  incorporated Herbalife Formula 1 shake and other Cellular nutritional supplement. For example, during my cutting phase, i add in the Herbalife Total Control to "burn" that last layer of fat : ) The fat melts away fast coupling with cardio works!!

With my own changes, i am more confident to help others now.

2001 - 2007. A lot of time we do not know how FAT and unhealhty we can be until we look back at our own photos!!

Who needs to lose weight anyway?

That was the thought i used to have before. But guess what?! At one point i was panting even to squat up and down!

I was fed up as i can't even cut my own toe nails anymore! I don't believe in herbalife before. 

So i started with eating clean. 2 years later, after clearing all my doubts of the claims and study of Herbalife Company's background, I am convinced that not only Herbalife is:

- it is highly nutritious at cellular level.
- its convenient. 
- its affordable.

2003 Dion Birthday! This is my new home in Singapore. We stayed there less than a year before moved back to Malaysia. Now we are backed in Singapore but do not stay there.
